In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of high-performing affiliate partners to maximize our market reach and revenue. You will act as the bridge between the company and our partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our business goals and brand values. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit new potential affiliate partners across various digital platforms and industries.
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans to expand the affiliate network.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners.
- Negotiate terms, commissions, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (KPIs) and provide feedback to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partner acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to negotiate.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
