Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners across digital platforms
- Negotiate commission structures and performance-based agreements with affiliates
- Develop and implement affiliate recruitment strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and campaign analytics for optimization
- Maintain ongoing communication and provide support to affiliate partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with brand campaigns
- Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and industry regulations
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements to acquisition strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership acquisition
- Proven track record of negotiating successful affiliate/partnership agreements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance tracking tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
