Are you a digital native with a passion for social commerce? Victoria Care Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Affiliate Management Intern to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand's growth on leading social commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate.
As an intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will play a key role in identifying potential influencers, managing affiliate relationships, and analyzing campaign performance to drive conversion. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential affiliate partners on TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Maintain healthy communication and relationships with existing affiliate creators to ensure consistent brand promotion.
- Coordinate product sampling and campaign briefs for affiliate influencers.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide daily reports on sales growth and conversion rates.
- Assist the marketing team in executing affiliate-specific promotional campaigns and flash sale events.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and affiliate marketing best practices to optimize brand outreach.
- Help resolve affiliate inquiries and provide support for technical issues related to the affiliate dashboard.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Deep understanding and active user of TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with content creators.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
