Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Manage end-to-end communication with partners, ensuring brand alignment and content quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting assets and marketing collateral.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital growth roles.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and marketing attribution models.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of effective negotiation.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tracking software.
- Creative thinker with an eye for high-performing social media content.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
