Cimory Group is a leading consumer goods company in Indonesia, and we are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our affiliate marketing strategy, building strong partnerships with influencers, content creators, and publishers to amplify our brand presence and drive direct sales for our portfolio of premium food and beverage products.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of affiliate programs, from recruitment and onboarding to performance monitoring and optimization. We are looking for an analytical mind with a creative flair who understands the nuances of the Indonesian digital landscape and is passionate about performance-based marketing. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality influencers, affiliates, and media partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics (ROI, CPA, CPL), and optimize campaign budgets accordingly.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team to develop high-converting assets for affiliate promotional channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate platforms or technologies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian influencer marketing landscape and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
