Mercier Estetika Internasional is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the engine behind our brand's visibility, driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and influencer collaborations in the competitive skincare landscape.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new talent, nurturing existing affiliate relationships, and optimizing performance campaigns to ensure our skincare products reach their target audience effectively. We are looking for a creative thinker who understands the nuances of social media trends and affiliate tracking, capable of turning data into actionable marketing strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential beauty influencers, bloggers, and affiliate partners to represent our skincare brands.
- Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive conversion and brand awareness.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign data, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Maintain strong communication channels with partners to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
- Coordinate product seeding, promotional asset distribution, and campaign launches.
- Resolve partner issues and troubleshoot tracking or payment-related inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, social media metrics (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate), and performance tracking tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and ROI.
- Proactive, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
