Beautyhaul is looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Supervisor to lead our affiliate initiatives in Kembangan, Jakarta. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth, managing partnerships, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring we consistently exceed aggressive sales targets.
We are seeking a data-driven leader who understands the nuances of the Indonesian influencer landscape and affiliate ecosystems. You will have the autonomy to shape our affiliate strategy, mentor a growing team, and leverage data to scale our reach across various digital platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers, content creators, and affiliate networks.
- Manage the end-to-end affiliate campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creative briefing to tracking and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs, including CPA, CPO, and overall ROI.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management regarding channel health, growth trends, and actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor the affiliate marketing team to ensure high performance and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the social media, content, and trade marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with brand campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian influencer marketing landscape and affiliate platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tracking tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the beauty or retail e-commerce sector is highly preferred.
