We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Supervisor to lead our performance marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire affiliate program lifecycle, from recruiting high-quality partners to optimizing campaign performance for maximum ROI. You will act as the bridge between Brighty Global Sinergi and our network of affiliates, ensuring that sales targets are met through strategic partnerships and creative incentives.
As part of our Marketing & Communication team, you will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and develop scalable strategies for sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow the affiliate network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners.
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue) to provide actionable insights.
- Design competitive commission structures and incentive programs to motivate affiliates.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure affiliate creatives align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Report monthly performance summaries to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing affiliate programs and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate management software (e.g., Tapfiliate, Impact, HasOffers).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
