Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners and influencers to our network.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage affiliate tracking software and ensure accurate reporting of commissions and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader brand campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and tracking technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to partner acquisition.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or affiliate management software).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks effectively in a 100% remote, flexible environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
