Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and on-board high-quality affiliate partners to expand our network.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, CPA) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage affiliate program platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create compelling promotional materials and optimize campaign creatives.
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures with new and existing partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with affiliate tracking software and CMS platforms.
