Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners and influencers to the Klamby ecosystem.
- Design and manage creative affiliate campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to track KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to improve affiliate engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality assets for affiliate promotional use.
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and ethical marketing standards.
- Maintain regular communication with the affiliate network to nurture relationships and share best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, digital marketing analytics, and e-commerce metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in the Indonesian digital landscape and familiarity with local influencer market trends.
