Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue and traffic.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners into the network.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure their success and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to produce affiliate-friendly marketing assets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with partners.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate network platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
