Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize affiliate strategies using analytical tools
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and publishers
- Track KPIs including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI for affiliate campaigns
- Ensure compliance with program policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
- Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, affiliate network dashboards)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and attribution models
- Experience with affiliate networks (CJ, ShareASale, etc.) preferred
