As an Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with content creators and affiliates to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates and KOLs specifically within the beauty and skincare niche.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, including contract negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize affiliate performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor daily sales data and affiliate metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
- Coordinate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all affiliate-generated content.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates to ensure brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry and social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or KOL Management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate programs, and various social media platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A deep passion for skincare and staying ahead of modern beauty trends.
