Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to recruit new high-quality affiliates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups to ensure affiliate engagement and consistent content production.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for higher ROI.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to provide promotional assets and clear guidelines for partners.
- Identify emerging trends and niche opportunities to scale brand visibility.
- Report on monthly growth, conversion rates, and affiliate contribution to total revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Sales.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and other e-commerce affiliate ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to track campaign performance.
- Deep interest in the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industry.
