Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new high-quality affiliate partners, influencers, and publishers.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling affiliate marketing materials and offers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage affiliate tracking software and ensure accurate reporting and commission payouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate partnerships and manage long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other data visualization software.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
