- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners across various digital channels to expand our market reach.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to ensure consistent performance and high engagement.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling creative assets and promotional materials for partners.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve tracking accuracy and attribution models.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate marketing technologies.
- Provide regular reporting to management on campaign performance, partnership health, and growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of tracking platforms, cookies, and digital attribution methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in analyzing data sets and drawing actionable insights to drive performance.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a 100% remote, autonomous work environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple partners simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is highly preferred.
