Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for consumer products via on-site visits and remote assistance
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery/equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Document service activities, maintain accurate customer records, and generate technical reports
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements
- Train customers on proper product usage, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replacements
- Respond to emergency service calls within agreed SLAs and maintain high resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in after-sales or technical support roles
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Certification in relevant product categories (e.g., consumer electronics) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent local travel
- Proficiency in service management software and CRM systems
- Malaysian citizenship required for this role
