Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical assistance to existing customers.
- Manage and resolve product inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Process warranty claims, returns, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and service records in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or technical support.
