Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage after-sales service operations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of service interactions and resolutions
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
