Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tea/coffee machinery
- Conduct after-sales service visits to customer locations
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer technical concerns
- Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
- Identify and report potential product improvements based on customer feedback
- Coordinate with technical team to resolve complex issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in technical support or after-sales service
- Knowledge of machinery, preferably in food/beverage industry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in relevant software and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license (for customer visits)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
