You will work closely with our internal operational teams to track shipments, troubleshoot service disruptions, and deliver proactive solutions that enhance our overall customer satisfaction levels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage after-sales support inquiries via phone, email, and live chat for Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide timely, accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, delivery, and sales) to resolve service discrepancies.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and provide proactive updates to clients regarding delivery or handling issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service complaints in the company CRM.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance and provide feedback to management for operational improvements.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure successful resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer support, after-sales service, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general CRM software familiarity.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
