Time International is looking for a detailâoriented Aftersales Operations & Control professional to own accuracy across operations and finance. In this role you will leverage SAP to resolve discrepancies and partner crossâfunctionally to ensure seamless service and inventory management.
You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings. Your analytical mindset will help us maintain data integrity, streamline order fulfillment, and support the broader aftersales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily aftersales operations to guarantee accurate order processing, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Utilize SAP (MM, SD, FI) to monitor stock levels, resolve gaps, and maintain data consistency.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to align service targets and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational dashboards and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
- Support the launch of new aftersales initiatives, including system upgrades and training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in aftersales, operations, or inventory control roles.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD/FI modules) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detailâoriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
