In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring our agency partners achieve optimal performance and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for defining clear project scopes, managing resources, and overseeing budgets to deliver high-impact results. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to coordinate diverse teams, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve agency workflows and revenue streams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for agency acquisition and internal growth initiatives.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in project management, agency operations, or business development.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, performance metrics, and growth principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
