Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- Manage the preparation and submission of AMDAL and ESIA documentation to ensure compliance
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure environmental compliance
- Lead environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices
- Train and mentor staff on environmental management procedures and compliance requirements
- Prepare regular ESG reports for management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, preferably in the mining or industrial sector
- Proven experience with AMDAL and ESIA processes in Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in environmental assessment tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
