We are seeking a visionary Manager or Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning to join the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). In this high-impact role, you will lead the strategic planning and governance of a National Research Data Trust, a critical initiative designed to accelerate innovation and enhance data utilization across the scientific community.
As a strategic leader, you will define the roadmap for data trust operations, ensuring alignment with national research agendas and organizational goals. You will be responsible for fostering a data-driven culture, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the development of frameworks that maximize the value of research data. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for the National Research Data Trust, ensuring alignment with organizational and national objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive data governance frameworks, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for data-driven innovation, driving the adoption of best practices across A*STAR and partner institutes.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to champion data strategies and secure necessary buy-in.
- Oversee project lifecycles, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure successful delivery of strategic goals.
- Produce high-level reports and analytical insights to inform executive decision-making and guide long-term strategic direction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and industry partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, or data governance roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong track record of managing complex strategic projects and driving organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategic plans.
