Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and control daily branch activities to ensure they consistently achieve defined commercial targets and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate closely with the commercial team to support sales initiatives, analyze branch performance data, and report findings to management.
  • Manage and organize all branch administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and the preparation of operational reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, industry regulations, and internal operational procedures within the branch.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between branch staff, headquarters, and external agency partners.
  • Assist in the budgeting process for the branch and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial control.
  • Support the branch manager in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, branch management, or administrative role within the logistics, transportation, or manufacturing industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, branch management, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
