In this role, you will be the driving force behind our partnership network. Your primary focus will be to expand our reach by developing and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies, brokers, and business partners. You will play a critical role in driving our 'Pinjam Dana' product growth, ensuring we reach our target debtors through strategic networking and proactive market engagement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various external agencies and business partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for 'Pinjam Dana' and other financial products.
- Identify and prospect new potential partnerships to expand the company's network in the Balikpapan region.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with partners to ensure high-quality service and business alignment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for local sales strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership performance and sales achievements.
- Ensure all partnership agreements comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management within the finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Deep knowledge of the Balikpapan area and its local business ecosystem.
- Willing to work in the field and highly mobile.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
- A proactive learner with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
