Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support Agency/Mitra partners in achieving and exceeding their sales targets.
- Monitor debtor acquisition metrics and analyze performance data to identify key growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the skills and product knowledge of agency partners.
- Resolve conflicts and provide ongoing support to ensure high retention rates and agent satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure alignment with campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain accurate records of agent performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Actively recruit and onboard new potential agency partners within the Lombok region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, agency management, or the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, and consumer behavior.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Lombok area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
