Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and agencies in assigned territory
- Promote motorcycle financing products and solutions to agency partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for motorcycle product portfolio
- Conduct regular agency visits to understand business needs and provide support
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Train agency partners on BFI's financing products and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, relationship management, or automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driving license (SIM A)
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
