Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and agencies in assigned territory
  • Promote motorcycle financing products and solutions to agency partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for motorcycle product portfolio
  • Conduct regular agency visits to understand business needs and provide support
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management review
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Train agency partners on BFI's financing products and processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, relationship management, or automotive industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driving license (SIM A)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
