Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or team leadership
- Proven track record in recruiting and developing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of insurance and superannuation products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in financial planning or sales management preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid PRC license or relevant industry certification
