Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the agency leadership and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal events.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, databases, and client records with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
- Process and track expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for agency personnel.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or agency support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
