Wismilak is looking for a strategic and dynamic Agent Supervisor to lead our sales force in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, responsible for planning, creating, and monitoring the territory's data. Your primary focus will be on managing outlet coverage and optimizing sales routes to maximize efficiency and revenue.
As a Supervisor, you will not only oversee the daily activities of the sales team but also evaluate their performance to ensure they meet strict KPIs. You will serve as a mentor, providing guidance and training to agents to help them succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and monitor the data of outlet coverage and sales route visits in the assigned territory.
- Supervise and evaluate the daily performance of agents to ensure KPI achievement and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and train new and existing agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Coordinate with the logistics and distribution team to ensure product availability and timely delivery to outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and resolve any operational issues that arise in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, FMCG, or retail management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours when necessary.
