Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding land and air bookings via chat, phone, and email in a timely manner.
  • Achieve first-contact resolution by accurately addressing customer issues and providing immediate solutions.
  • Process and verify travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with detailed notes on interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex booking discrepancies or logistical challenges.
  • Provide accurate product information and travel guidance to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor communication channels to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication is mandatory).
  • Previous experience in a customer support, call center, or travel agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of travel bookings, including airlines, trains, and ground transportation.
