Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding land and air bookings via chat, phone, and email in a timely manner.
- Achieve first-contact resolution by accurately addressing customer issues and providing immediate solutions.
- Process and verify travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with detailed notes on interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex booking discrepancies or logistical challenges.
- Provide accurate product information and travel guidance to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor communication channels to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication is mandatory).
- Previous experience in a customer support, call center, or travel agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of travel bookings, including airlines, trains, and ground transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and office tools.
