Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic HR partnership plans aligned with business unit objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance retention and productivity
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation structures
- Ensure HR operations compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Drive HR transformation projects and process improvements
- Coach and develop HR team members to build organizational capability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8-10 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in senior HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations
- Proven track record in workforce planning and talent management
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multinational or manufacturing industry preferred
