Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor agrarian reform programs in assigned municipalities
- Conduct field assessments to identify eligible beneficiaries and landholdings
- Facilitate land acquisition, distribution, and titling processes
- Coordinate with local government units and farmer organizations
- Develop and maintain beneficiary databases and program records
- Provide technical assistance and training to agrarian reform beneficiaries
- Ensure compliance with DAR policies and national land reform laws
- Prepare periodic progress reports and program impact assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
- Civil Service eligibility (Professional or Second Level)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in program implementation
- Knowledge of Philippine agrarian reform laws and policies
- Strong communication and community engagement skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned region
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution
