Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to local farmers on modern agricultural practices
- Conduct soil analysis and recommend appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments
- Develop and implement agricultural extension programs and training workshops
- Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures
- Collect and analyze agricultural data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with government agencies and agricultural research institutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in agricultural extension services or farm management
- Knowledge of crop production, soil science, and agricultural technology
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in agricultural data collection and analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to rural areas
- Experience in training farmers and conducting workshops preferred
- Familiarity with local agricultural practices and challenges in Northern Mindanao
