Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor crop growth and health to ensure optimal yield and quality.
- Analyze market trends and agricultural pricing to determine the best sales strategies.
- Coordinate the harvesting, packaging, and logistics of agricultural products.
- Interact directly with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain farm equipment and storage facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all farming practices comply with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily reports on production status and market activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in farm operations, harvesting, or agricultural sales.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of market reading and agricultural supply chains.
- Valid driver's license is a strong plus.
