Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily broiler cage operations including feeding, watering, and health monitoring
- Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks
- Train and mentor farm workers on animal handling and welfare standards
- Monitor flock performance metrics and production data for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with veterinary teams for vaccination and health management programs
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures
- Manage inventory of feed, medications, and farm supplies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in poultry farming with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of broiler chicken biology and cage management systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage farm teams effectively
- Understanding of biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and variable weather conditions
- Proficiency in record-keeping and farm management software
