Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the health of various plant species in gardens and agricultural fields.
- Implement sustainable farming techniques to ensure long-term soil health and crop yield.
- Perform regular watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control to keep vegetation thriving.
- Assist in planting new crops, seasonal flowers, and landscape enhancements.
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Monitor weather conditions and adapt care routines accordingly to protect plants.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and execute seasonal planting schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in gardening or farming is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local flora, soil health, and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physical stamina and willingness to perform manual labor.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to reside in Bali.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems is a plus.
