Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field inspections, soil analysis, and crop health assessments to support local farming initiatives.
- Implement and monitor agricultural programs and projects designed to boost crop yields and quality.
- Coordinate with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and local stakeholders to disseminate best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of crop production, soil conditions, and project progress for government reporting.
- Provide technical assistance and training to local farmers regarding modern cultivation techniques and pest management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for government officials regarding the status of agricultural activities and recommendations.
- Assist in the procurement and distribution of agricultural inputs and supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Crop Science, or a related field.
- Experience in agricultural extension work or rural development projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with Philippine government regulations and agricultural policies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse community groups.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data recording systems.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the municipality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
