Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily farm operations including crop cultivation, harvesting, and livestock management
- Participate in the implementation of sustainable farming practices and quality control measures
- Monitor and analyze agricultural data to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement agricultural projects
- Learn and apply modern agricultural technologies and methodologies
- Contribute to farm planning and budgeting processes
- Engage with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- Strong passion for agriculture and sustainable farming practices
- Basic knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new agricultural technologies
- Valid driver's license (preferred for farm site visits)
