As a Farm Driver, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that livestock and products are transported without incident. Your duties will go beyond just driving; you will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle, perform regular safety checks, and communicate effectively with farm management regarding logistics needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate internal trucks and transport vehicles to safely move swine products within the farm premises and designated routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring weight distribution is correct and cargo is protected during transit.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the transport vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and animal handling guidelines.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues, mechanical problems, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist with general farm logistics support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license (automobile and/or motorcycle) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving trucks or operating heavy vehicles in a farming, industrial, or logistics setting.
- Basic knowledge of swine handling and livestock transport is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail regarding safety and cargo integrity.
- Reliable time management skills and the ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Pinamungajan, Cebu.
