Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily field operations, including soil preparation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting of crops.
- Monitor crop health, identifying signs of pests or diseases and reporting findings to the farm supervisor.
- Maintain farm machinery, irrigation equipment, and tools to ensure efficient operation.
- Execute precise application of fertilizers and organic treatments according to standard operating procedures.
- Collect and record daily field data regarding plant growth, weather conditions, and yield performance.
- Ensure compliance with farm safety protocols and environmental sustainability standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss crop performance and upcoming seasonal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship or field exposure is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of modern farming techniques and crop production cycles.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Willingness to be assigned or relocate to field sites in Agoo, La Union.
