- Lead and oversee the evaluation of agricultural projects and develop comprehensive crop planning strategies.
- Manage and optimize farm systems to ensure maximum yield, quality, and sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance to field staff and implement best practices in daily farming operations.
- Monitor crop health and conduct regular field inspections to assess growth and soil conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, harvest outcomes, and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot field challenges and improve efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with agricultural safety standards and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related agricultural field.
- Proven experience in agricultural project management, crop planning, or farm systems.
- Strong understanding of field implementation techniques and soil management.
- Excellent technical writing and reporting skills with the ability to document complex data.
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise between technical and operational teams.
- Familiarity with local farming regulations and sustainable agriculture practices.
