Join MixWork Pte. Ltd. as an AI Agent Engineer to architect cutting-edge AI solutions for a leading global retail client. You'll design and implement scalable AI agents using AWS Bedrock and Claude, transforming complex business challenges into intelligent automation systems. This role requires deep expertise in hybrid data integration, allowing you to leverage both structured and unstructured data sources to build robust AI architectures. You'll own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization, while ensuring solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI innovations that drive business value and enhance customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

- Design and develop scalable AI agent solutions on AWS Bedrock and Claude platforms
- Architect hybrid data integration systems combining structured and unstructured data sources
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments
- Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLM-powered agents
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Establish monitoring frameworks and continuous improvement loops for AI systems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in AI deployments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience building production-level AI agents or conversational AI systems
- Proficiency in AWS services, particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda
- Expertise in large language models (LLMs) including Claude, GPT, or similar frameworks
- Strong background in data integration, ETL pipelines, and data engineering
- Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
