Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end AI automation workflows for business process optimization
- Integrate AI solutions with existing CRM, ERP, and communication platforms
- Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data pipelines for seamless system connectivity
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and KPIs
- Document technical specifications and create automation frameworks
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in AI automation, machine learning integration, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with experience in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
- Experience with workflow automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Expertise in API development, RESTful services, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
