Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing departmental workflows to identify high-impact areas for automation.
- Design, build, and maintain automation scripts using AI tools and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their daily challenges and implement custom solutions.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols for all automation deployments to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the performance of automated workflows and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain documentation for all automated processes to ensure team-wide knowledge sharing.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging AI trends and tools that can provide a competitive edge for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building automations using low-code tools or scripting languages (Python/JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of AI integration tools and LLM prompt engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
