Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
- Integrate AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and third-party APIs into existing company platforms and tools.
- Analyze current business operations to identify bottlenecks and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build, test, and maintain robust API integrations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or custom Python scripts.
- Monitor the performance of active automated workflows and troubleshoot any system failures or bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for system architectures, workflow logic, and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience working with automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and writing automation scripts in Python or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI API consumption (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and webhook configurations.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English to collaborate with team members.
