Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows to streamline internal business processes.
- Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and AI agents into existing company platforms via APIs.
- Build custom AI-driven solutions to solve complex operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute automation opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize automation scripts for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct rapid prototyping and iterative testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, automation tools, and no-code/low-code platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in building AI-integrated workflows or automation systems.
- Strong understanding of API integrations (RESTful APIs, Webhooks).
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Basic to intermediate programming knowledge (Python/JavaScript preferred for custom logic).
- Experience working with LLM prompting and AI agent framework orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think in logic flows and system architectures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on 'shipping' working products.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant professional experience.
